Powertrain models can be substituted by the physical components on a test bench to conduct Mechanical HiL
Propulsion system and transmission / driveline models
- Internal combustion engine is modelled using look-up tables:
- Transmission components are modelled: Clutch, Gearbox, torque converter
- Gear shift algorithms are modelled for auto transmission
- E-drives can be combined to model hybrid powertrains or FEV
- Dynacar includes libraries containing basic powertrain and transmission models for:
- Conventional powertrains
- Internal combustion engine
- Up to 6-speed transmissions (manual, automatic or robotic)
- Torque converter and clutch models
